"attached is foto of my first cousin, Robert Eugene Brandenburg: b. 24 May 1919 d. 23 June 1973 & his wife Claudia E. Gray-Brandenburg, b.? d. Dec 1995. Robt. was called "Buddie". He was the s/o Mary Elizabeth Conner-Brandenburg (1898-1966) and nephew to my father, Nelson Conner (1907-1973) Grandson of Owen Conner (1878-1949) Great Grandson of John Conner (1829-1909). He served in WWII & lived his whole life in Harveysburg. He and Claudia became guardians of Dan Pennington when he was 14 yrs old. Dan's mother was Claudia's sister, Josephine Gray. This foto was taken by Dan's wife, Margaret Pennington.
Also attached is Buddy Brandenburg's Obit. "
