The Miami Cemetery is a large active cemetery located on 77 acres east of Waynesville in the small village of Corwin on the east side of the Little Miami River. According to the webpage by the Mary L. Cook Library, the 1st burial in 1833 occurred on land which was later deeded to the Methodist Church. The Miami Cemetery Association which now operates the cemetery was formed in 1866.

Location:	East of the Little Miami River, generally bounded by Clarksville Road, Corwin Road and State Route 73. Page 570 says, "On the 2d day of April, 1866, the cemetery association was formed under an act of the Legislature of the State, passed February 24, 1848, and is now the principal burying-ground for quite a large district of the country."

There photos will be added to this site as time permits.
