Guardian's Bond

On the 23rd of Feb. A. D. 1861, Probate Court Judge, Jno. C. Dunlevy, appointed William Gallaher Guardian of Thomas C. Elliott aged 15 years Jan. 29th 1861, child of Clara C. Elliott, deceased.

William Gallaher, James S. Totten and Jacob Billmire posted a $500 Guardian's Bond.
