“This Indenture made this 12th day of February in the year of our
Lord One thousand eight hundred and thirty four between James
Taylor of the county Of Campbell and State of Kentucky of the
one part and Ariel Beeman of the County of Warren and
State of Ohio of the other part witnesseth that the Said James
Taylor for and in consideration of the two hundred dollars current
money to him in hand paid the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowl-
edged and forever acquit and discharge the said Ariel Beeman his heirs
executors and administrators doth by these presents grant bargain sell

and confirm unto the said Ariel Beeman his heirs and assigns forever “ |

“all that tract or parcel of land lying and being
in the county of Warren and State
of Ohio on the waters of Todds fork, being part of survey No. 12079 containing
one hundred acres and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at dogwood
corner to Joseph Ervin, Cozad, John B. Ayres. [^inserted
text: thence N 52½ E ninety
four
poles to a stake for the line of John B. Ayres] and corner
to A. Fox. Thence
S 38° E 168 poles with Fox’s line to a stake corner to Fox in
Cyrus Dudley’s line
Thence with his line S 52½ W 94 poles to a White Oak & Sugar
Sapling corner
To S Church & Julius C. Beeman thence with P. Beeman & Cozad’s
lines N.
38 W 168 poles to the beginning Together with all and singular the assurter
named to the said premises belonging or in any ??? ascertaining and the
reversions
remainders and profits thereof , And all the estate right title interest
property
claim and demand of him the said James Taylor of in and to the same To
have
and to hold the lands hereby conveyed with all and singular the premises
and every
part and parcel thereof, with every of the assurtenances unto the said
Ariel Beeman
his heirs and assigns forever to the only proper use, and behoof of him
the said Ariel
Beeman his heirs and assigns forever And the said James Taylor and his
heirs
all and singular the premises hereby bargained and sold unto the said
Ariel Bee-
man and his heirs and assigns against him the said James Taylor and his
heirs all and every other person or persons whatever doth and will, Warrant
and forever
defend by these presents and Keturah L. Taylor wife of the said James
Taylor
doth hereby relinquish her right of dower to the premises. In witness
whereof, they

hands and seals

and state aforesaid James Taylor Jr. who as Atty in fact for James Taylor
& Keturah
L. Taylor grantors named in the within deed of conveyance acknowledged

signing and sealing thereof to be his voluntary act and deed for the purposed
therein
Expressed. In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal
