The public sale of real estate belonging to Lebanon University held under order of Court last Monday morning resulted in the purchase by Solomon Fred of the lots and buildings for the sum of $4,400, subject to the approval of the Court which will no doubt be granted. The sale took place at the Court House under the direction of R. M. Gallaher, Master Commissioner, with Col. Karl Brown as auctioneer.
