Dr. John Oscar Creager, aged 70, president of National Normal University here from 1901-1907, and retired Cornell University president, died of a heart ailment Tuesday night at his home in Eldorado. A native of Preble county, he returned to his old home in September 1942, from New York City where he had lived since his retirement from Cornell.
