Edgar Stephenson

Edgar Stephenson, 84, of 21 1/2 North Main st., died at 8 p.m. Monday at the residence.  He had been ill since last June.
Mr. Stephenson was born in South Lebanon and had been a resident of this city the past 50 years.  An electrician he retired 12 years ago.  He formerly was employed by the late Lester Dredge.
Surviving are his widow, Zana, one daughter, Mrs. Calvin Heslin, and a stepdaughter, MRs. Floyd Moore, both of this city; a stepson, Vernon Emley of Marion, Ind.; his brother, Stanley Stephenson of Norwood; one sister, Mrs. Vada McGlinchy of Bond Hill, Cincinnati; and two grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday at the McCoy-Leffler Funeral Home.  The Rev. H. H. Jung of the St. Paul Evangelical and Reformed Church will officiate, with interment in Woodside Cemetery.
Visitations will be from 2 to 5 an 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
