Hazel Worthington

LEBANON - Services for Mrs. Hazel B. Worthington, 60, of 3660 Wisenberger Road, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in St. Mary's. Burial will be in Kossuth Cemetery at St. Mary's.
Friends may call at the Oswald Funeral Home tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mrs. Worthington died Thursday at home.
Surviving are her husband, Willis; three sons, William of Utah, and Michael and Stephen of Lebanon; a sister, Mrs. Anna Rumpff of Lima; and nine grandchildren.
