Comments: Master Sergeant Bunnell was a member of Company G, 2nd
Battalion, 21st Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was
taken Prisoner of War while fighting the enemy in South Korea on
January 3, 1951 and died while a prisoner on January 31, 1951. His
remains were not recovered.
