WAKEMAN - Two big innings, the first and fifth in which they scored a total of eight runs, gave the Wakeman Redcaps a 9-6 triumph over the Sandusky Eagles in a night game played last night.

Fully six of the nine innings were played in the rain with the two teams committing seven errors. Spratt and Grathwol hit triples and four Wakeman players collected two hits each. Bement, winning pitcher struck out 12 and walked six.
