"The picture of Elizabeth Zuver wife of John C. Laughlin, my gggrandmother, b. 19 Sept.1821 in Pennsylvania, and d. in Montcalm Co., Michigan. Elizabeth was also married after John died, to Daniel Whetstone on 29 Nov. 1863, and to Christopher Welker on 1 Sept. 1867 whose name she is buried with in Ferris Center Cemetery in Montcalm Co., Michigan. Her brother Jacob Zuver who was born on 18 Dec. 1816 in Pennsylvania and died in Pioneer, Williams, Ohio on 10 Aug. 1905 and is buried in the Floral Grove Cemetery in pioneer, as is his son. William Henry Zuver, Jacob's son b. 1846 in Madison, Williams, Ohio and d. 1938 in Williams County, Ohio and is buried with his two wives, Mary C. and Clara L.. I do not have the wives maiden names as yet. I believe William had two daughters, Hettie b. 1872 and Anna b. 1874. I am still checking on this family and others." - Robert Owen J Hillard
