listed as Henry Gaster in public records. He came to America in 1858,
bringing four of his six children with him from Switzerland. They
lived for a short time in the City of Upper Sandusky, Ohio but soon
settled in Jackson township, Wyandot County, Ohio. |

family: Israel Heller's
great-grandson Phillip Heller, b. 1824 settled and had the eight of
his ten children in Jackson twp., Wyandot County near the town of
Forest, OH. He raised his children and lived there in Wyandot county
until his death in 1906. |

Descendants
of George William Ritter (1833-1905): George and Mary RITTER
apparently moved the family from the Frederick Co., VA area between
1863 and 1865 establishing a new home in Wyandot Co., OH. Sometime
after the last child was born George and Mary RITTER separated or
divorced. George remained in the Carey, Wyandot Co., OH region. |

Baker: William Baker was born 29 November
1840 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, the son of Jacob Baker and
Mary Ann Ramp. The family moved to Ohio in 1852, living first in
Crawford County before finally settling in Wyandot County in 1859. |
