 This post card picture was given to my grandmother Lucy Pearl Ingram in 1913.  The people in the photo are her relatives.  The driver and front seat passenger are Harry Snodgrass and his wife Emma Elizabeth Snodgrass.  Harry was born 1870 and died 1952.  He married Emma McLaughlin 14 May 1896 in Wyandot Co. Oh.  She was born 7 May 1870 in Eden Twp, Wyandot Co and died 1950. Both Harry and Emma are buried in Nevada Cemetery. There are 4 children on horses in the picture (one behind the lady in the back).  These are the children of Harry and Emma.  They are Sadie, Florence, Arthur and Merland.  Sadie was born Nov 1896. Florence was born Feb 1899.  I do not know the 2 boys dates.

The older lady in the back on the right is Emma’s sister, Susan Jane McLaughlin.  Susan Jane (sometimes called Sarah Jane) was born in 1858 in Eden Twp, Wyandot Co.  She died in 1917.  Her first husband was Thomas Lunger whom she married in Wyandot Co 17 Aug 1877.  He died about 1895 and Susan than married Franklin Rhoads in Wyandot Co on 2 Jul 1898. Seated beside her is her mother Mary Jane McLaughlin.  Her maiden name was Doote/Dobte.  Her husband was Daniel McLaughlin.  Mary was born 12 Jun 1831 in Penn and died 21 Sept 1913 in Wyandot Co.  The picture was taken sometime in 1913 because that is the date on the license plate!  I do not know the location in Wyandot Co but would love to find out.  Jane Losey jmlosey@bright.net

This photo has Franklin Rhodes and his wife Susan Jane (McLaughlin).  Susan Jane was born in 1858 in Eden Twp, Wyandot Co.  She first married Thomas Lunger.  He died about 1895.  She then  married Franklin, 2 Jul 1898 in Wyandot Co.  Susan Jane died 1917.  She and Franklin are buried in Nevada Cemetery.
