Each Get Five Years In The Pen

Sapulpa, I.T, Feb. 18 - ...sentenced to the Kansa penitentiary for five years, Dan Butler and W. P. Raymond for felonious assault and burglary...of store, T. P. Platter & Son... Clarence Platter was sleeping in the store at the time and when he interfered...they pounded upon him and pounded him almost to death with brick bats. Young Platter lay at the point of death for a number of days, but finally recovered.
