Alice Anna Akins, 90, of Mounds died Monday, March 6, 1995 at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center, Sapulpa.

Services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home with burial at Green Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The Rev. John Hall will officiate.

She was born April 17, 1904 in Newby to Henry F. and Ida Kenoyer Agnew. She married Glenn Akins in 1923 in Sand Springs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn, in 1967; and daughter, Anna Dell Wagoner, in 1966.

She was a homemaker and had been a resident of Sapulpa since 1936.

Survivors include a son, Lew Akins, Mounds; a daughter, Amye Lea Dickerson, St. Louis, OK; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.

The family will headquarter at the Akins residence in Mounds. Arrangements are under the direction of Owen Funeral Home.
