James Lee Andress, of Kellyville, died Thursday, Oct. 20, 2005 at the Veterans Hospital in Muskogee at the age of 72. James was born July 1, 1933 in Weinhert, Texas to Albert and Alice Robson Andress. He moved to Kellyville in 1990 from Tulsa and retired in 1998 from Johnston Industrial Supply where he was a warehouse foreman.

On March 26, 1976 he married Lois Howard in Haskell, Texas.

James served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and he was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church in Haskell and a member of the Haskell Masonic Lodge.

Survivors are his wife Lois of the home in Kellyville; his children James Lee Andress, Jr. and wife Elaine of Abline, Texas, Jeffrey Lynn Andress of Dallas, Debra Daniel and husband Randy of Greenville, Texas, Sherri Yocham and husband Duane of Kellyville and Sabrina Haurez and husband Sam of Tulsa; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters Betty LeSevre and Hazel Hale and husband Glen all of Haskell, Texas.

Graveside services for James have been set for 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, 2005 in the Sunrise Cemetery near Kellyville with the Rev. Millard McGuire officiating. Smith Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Serving as honorary bearers will be Randy Crall, Bill Bolin, Jeff Cline, Dale Archer, John Hale and Jermiah McGuire.
