Lottie Clora Blair, 88, 13 E. Goodykoontz, died Tuesday, Oct. 18, 1994 at her home.

Services will be 2pm Friday at Kiefer Christian Church. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sapulpa, directed by Owens Funeral Home.

She was born Aug. 4, 1906 in Owsley County, KY to William J. and Ellen STRONG CONRAD.

She married Otis Lee Blair Jan 9, 1927 in Kiefer.

She was a resident of Sapulpa since 1909, coming from Kentucky.

Survivors include her children, Lee Edward Blair, Prattville, James Elbert Blair, Sapulpa, and Zeldena COOPER, Sapulpa; seven grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis, in 1975, her granddaughter, Alison Lynn Blair in 1989 and grandson, James Rodney Blair in 1992.
