Amey Bowman Dies Thursday
Mrs. Amey Bowman, 75, died Thursday afternoon at Bartlett Memorial
Hospital where she was taken after suffering a heart attack Tuesday
night at her Kellyville home.
She was born June 30, 1894 at Broadhead, KY, and moved to Kellyville
in 1955 from Hamilton, Ohio. She was a member of Kellyville Baptist
Church.
Surviving is her husband, Beve Ross Bowman, of the home; five sons,
Beve Ross, Jr., West Palm Beach, Fla.; Jack and Jim of Lubock, Texas;
Tommy, Terre Haute, Ind.; Elmer, Cincinnati, Ohio; four grandchildren; a
brother, Harry Weaver, Mason, Ohip; two sisters, Miss Uran B. Weaver,
Wyoming, Ohio; Miss Eva Weaver, Bluffton, Ind.
Funeral rites will be at Kellyville Baptist Church at 2 pm Monday
with the Rev. N. E. Holland officiating. Interment will be in Kellyville
Cemetery under direction of Owen Funeral home.
The body will lie in state at the home from Sunday morning until
service time.
