Earl Chelf, 72, Kellyville died Monday at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10 am Friday at Smith Funeral Chapel with Rev. Millard McGuire officiating.

Burial will follow at Kellyville Cemetery in Kellyville under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Nov 15, 1902, in Canadian, Texas and had resided in Kellyville since 1976. He was a former employee of Crane Carrier Corporation and was a member of the Assembly of God. Chelf married Barbara Edmisten on Jan 16, 1973.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara; mother, Ora Chelf of Buffalo; son Randall Chelf of Sapulpa; step-son, Richard Schonfield of Sapulpa; step-daughters, Sandra Warburton of Kellyville and Barbara McGlaughlin of St. Louis, Mo.; brother, Eugene Chelf of Alva; sisters, Georgia Smith of LaVerne and Alice Baumann of Dumas, Texas; and seven grandchildren.

The family will headquarter at 718 E. Lincoln, the Schonfield residence.

Funeral services for Earl Chelf of Kellyville were held this morning at 10 am in the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Millard McGuire officiating.

Burial followed at Kellyville Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casket bearers were Mark Bluford, Ron Bowman, Todd Bowman, Steve Douglas, Jim Cosby and Bobby Singer.

Chelf, a resident of Kellyville since 1976, died Monday at the St. Francis Hospital.
