Roger Fox, 28, of 406 Fairlane Drive died Sunday in Sparks Hospital, Fort Smith, Ark.

A prayer service is scheduled for 7:30 pm Tuesday at Little Cussetah Baptist Church.

His body will be taken to the church at 5 pm Tuesday.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday at Little Cussetah Baptist Church with the Rev. Willis Knight officiating.

Burial will be in Cussetah Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Mr. Fox was born May 9, 1962, in Claremore and lived in Sapulpa all his life.

He was a member of the Little Cussetah Baptist church. He graduated from Sapulpa High School and attended junior college at Haskell Institute in Lawrence, Kan.

For the last six years, he was employed at Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Survivors include his parents Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Fox of Sapulpa; brothers Mark of Kellyville, Adam of Wagoner, and Steven, Phillip, David and Mike, all of Sapulpa; and sisters LouAnn Columbus of Kiefer and Melinda Harrison and Stephanie Leaf, both of Sapulpa.

The family will headquarter at the Columbus residence, 23 Mayr St., Kiefer.
