David Wayne Gray, 53, Sapulpa, died Sunday, April 9, 1995, at his home.

Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary Thiessen officiating. Burial will be in Green Hills Memorial Gardens, directed by Smith Funeral Home.

He was born Dec. 31, 1941 in Sapulpa.

He lived most of his life in the Sapulpa area and was a fork lift operator.

Survivors include his mother, Madge Tessin, Sapulpa; two sons, Darvin Gray and Destry Gray, three sisters, Judi Jenkins and Linda Nelkorn, both of Tulsa, and Kathie Boydston, Sapulpa; and a brother, Troy Leon Gray, Des Moines, Iowa.
