Arvella Hayes Johnson, 49, Sapulpa, died Tuesday, March 21, 1995 in Bartlett Memorial Medical Center.

Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Henry Busby officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Cemetery, directed by House of Winn Funeral Home of Okmulgee.

She was born May 24, 1945 in Newby.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Johnson, of the home; three sons, Larry R. Johnson, Johnnie O. Johnson and Kevin S. Johnson, all of Sapulpa; a step-son, Norris Ray Johnson, Anaheim, Calif.; and two daughters, Kimberly L. Johnson and Natalie N. Johnson, both of Sapulpa.

Visitation will be noon to 7 p.m. Friday.
