Timmie Lee, 80, 122 N. Mill, Sapulpa, died Friday at home.

Prayer service is scheduled for 7 pm Tuesday, at Smith Funeral Chapel. Funeral services are scheduled for 2 pm Wednesday, at Little Cussetah Baptist Church with Rev. Willis Knight officiating.

Burial followed at Cussetah Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

He was born May 13, 1912, in Lennah. A long-time Sapulpa resident, he retired from Oaks County Club. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of Little Cussetah Baptist Church.

Survivors include daughters, Loretta Purdin and Gloria Fine, both of Muskogee; sisters, Stella Briges of Okmulgee, and Minnie Watashe of Sapulpa; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services for Timmie Lee were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, at Little Cussetah Baptist church with Rev. Willis Knight officiating.

Burial followed at Cussetah Cemetery under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

Serving as casket bearers were Johnny Bridges, Jerry Bridges, Jetty Watashe, Richard Watashe, Stromy Miller, Mark Fox and Tony Purdin. Honorary bearers were Solomon Bullett, Joe Bruner, Jake Wildcat, Harold Naylor and Bruce Vanderburg.
