BRISTOW - Mr. Kenneth Dale Matlock, 29, of New Orleans, died Saturday at
Hotel Dieu Hospital, New Orleans, after an illness.
Services are scheduled for 10 am Thursday at the Methodist Church, Depew,
with the Rev. Gene Jackson of Freewill Baptist Church officiating.
Burial will be in Sunrise Cemetery, located west of Kellyville, under the
direction of Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home, Bristow.
Casket bearers will be Jerry O'Neal, Jeff O'Neal, David Long, Clyde Long,
Dale McDaniels, Mark McKenzie, Willie Perez and Larry Carson.
Mr. Matlock was born August 10, 1959, in Sapulpa. He grew up in the
Depew-Bristow area and graduated from Bristow High School in 1977. He
graduated from Okmulgee State Tech in 1980, where he earned a degree in
diesel mechanics. He was an A.S.C. registered technician and a master truck
technician.
Survivors include wife Raelene; children Kristy, Kerie, Amanda and Lucas;
parents Dennis and Carolyn Matlock of Depew; maternal grandparents Mr. and
Mrs. Norman Hickman of Modesto, Calif.; brother J. D. of Gretna, La.; and a
sister Denise Mayberry of Mannford.
