BRISTOW - Pearl Mays, 82, of Bristow, died Wednesday at Bristow Memorial Hospital.

Services were held today at Schumacher Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Roy Bingham officiating.

Burial was in Bristow City Cemetery.

Born June 4, 1906, in Tahlequah, Indian Territory, she married Roy Raymond Mays on October 30, 1930, at Park Hill, Okla. He preceded her in death in 1873.

She was a homemaker, farmer and Baptist and had lived most of her life in the Bristow area, moving from Tahlequah.

Survivors include two sons Joe Mays of Bristow and Sam Mays of Oilton; daughters Beulah Joseph of Sapulpa, Rignal Coy of Tahlequah, Ray Peacock of Bristow, Mary Alice Williams of Owasso and Nettie Little of Milfay; 33 grandchildren; 42 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson, and several nieces and nephews.
