Mrs. Cora Shipps, 85, 1310 E. Cleveland, died Tuesday at Ranch Terrace Nursing Home.

Graveside services will be 2 pm Thursday at Oaklawn Cemetery, Bristow, with the Rev. Joe C. Knowles officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Smith Funeral Home.

She was born July 14, 1902, in Alabama.

Mrs. Shipps moved to Sapulpa from Bristow in 1942, and was a member of the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by husband, Jack.

Survivors include nephew Larry Owen of Norman; nieces Sue Coggins and Judy Newton, both of Sapulpa; and several great-nieces and nephews.

The family will headquarter at the home of Sue Coggins, 1433 E. Line.
