Cheyenne Transporter., February 10, 1882,
Darlington, Indian Terr. 1879-1886
The Post urges the citizens of Caldwell to get up an entertainment for the stockmen, who will convene in the city on the 1st prox. The suggestion is a good one, and we hope to see the “Queen of the Border” do herself proud on this important occasion.

The Medicine Lodge Cresset, with commendable enterprise, is getting up a brand book for the stockmen of Southwestern Kansas, the Indian Territory and the Panhandle country. They have had experience in getting up brand books, and their work proves that they understand their business. Brand on cut, not occupying more than one inch, one dollar; for each additional inch, fifty cents. Orders for brands and advertising received at this office.
