We have three types of memberships, individual, family, student, honorary, and charter.

Individual memberships are for persons 18 years or older.  Family memberships are available for related persons, such as a spouse, son or daughter, who live in the same household.  Student memberships are for individuals under 18 .  Such members are not eligible to hold office, and are not counted to make a quorum at any meeting. Charter members are those members who were in good standing as of 31 December 1991.  

Honorary Memberships are by vote of the society, and are not counted to make a quorum, nor may they hold office.

Currently, individual memberships are $15 per year, and is from September 1 of current year to August 31 of the next year. 

EGS membership is open to anyone interested in genealogical research.

We invite you to join us.  Our membership year is from  September 1 of current year to August 31 of the next year. 

Dues are payable either in person to the docent at our room in the Edmond Historical Museum building at 431 S. Boulevard, Edmond, OK, or by mailing to EDMOND GENEALOGICAL SOCIETY, P.O. Box 1984, Edmond, OK 73083-1984.
