The Brinkman Cemetery

The Brinkman Cemetery oldest headstone is dated 1905. The area where the cemetery was established was known as the Hopewell Community. A Methodist Church was located there in 1898 which was moved to the Brinkman town-site. It is believed that a Baptist Church was moved from that area to Brinkman in 1910. The Extension Homemakers compiled this list from the headstones in 1989. The Brinkman History Book Committee updated it in August 1999.
