This is a copy of a clipping found in an old book of Thomas Dexter Tyler of Ottumwa, Wapello Co., Iowa. There is no known relationship between any Tylers and persons named; however, the Mast and Tyler families were friends.

MARRIED
(1881)
COOMBS—SISSON—Last evening, Dec. 28th
in this city, at the residence of the bride’s parents, Dr. and Mrs. H.B.
Sisson, by Rev. A.W, Archibald, Mr. W.B. Coombs of Ridgeway, Mo., and Miss
Minnie B. Sisson.
A large party of relations and personal friends
witnessed the ceremony and extended hearty congratulations, after which an
elegant super was served. The happy
married couple left on the 11 o’clock train of the C. B. & Q. for their
future home at Ridgeway, Mo., where the groom, (unknown to his bride), has a
handsome house fitted up for housekeeping.
The bride received numerous and valuable presents, as the following list
will show;
