Elsie Lou COLLIS

            Funeral services for Elsie Lou COLLIS were held July 14 at the Hudson-Phillips Chapel with Rev. Meredith ROBINSON officiating.

            She was born March 29, 1930 in Holdenville to Henry Bryant COLLIS and Tommie Mae (DRENNEN) COLLIS and died July 12 at the Presbyterian hospital in Oklahoma City.

            She attended school in Atwood and in Spaulding where she graduated from Spaulding high school. She worked at Big Yank Custom Sizes and retired from Komar in March of 1992. She loved to work with her flowers.

            Survivors include Sara LIVELY of Atwood, Cleon COLLIS OF Lovington, N.M., Cecil COLLIS of Holdenville and Floyd COLLIS of Roswell, N.M.; nieces and nephews, Wanda FREDERICKS of Atwood, Joyce WADELL of Allen, Glenn LICELY of Atwood, Lloyd COLLIS of Midwest City, Clyde COLLIS of Holdenville, Jerry COLLIS and Pat WELLS, both of Lovington, N.M., Gary COLLIS and Lyndell COLLIS, both of Roswell, N.M.; several great-nieces and nephews and other relatives.

            Interment was in Holdenville cemetery under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
