FOWLER Services for T. J. FOWLER, (80) of Edmond, OK will be held Saturday, June 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Baggerly Funeral Home in Edmond, OK. T. J. was born in Spaulding, OK on October 20, 1924 to Wesley and Alice FOWLER. After serving his country in the Navy, he married Dorothy HAYS in 1948, moving to Edmond in 1953 to raise their family. T. J. worked at Van's Bakery in Edmond and retired from Rainbo Baking Co. in 1981. In 1983, they moved to Lake Texoma where he loved fishing with his brother and sister and having his children and grandchildren visit. They returned to Edmond area to live in 1988. He loved gospel music and served as Deacon in several churches for many years. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Edmond. He was preceded in death by his father, mother, two brothers, four sisters, two grandchildren and one son-in-law. He is survived by his wife of 57 years. Dorothy FOWLER of Edmond, one brother, Leroy FOWLER of Del City, one sister Eula HORN of Holdenville, Donna and Buck GRAHAM daughter and son-in-law of Edmond, Debbie SLACK, daughter of Edmond, Steve and Jackie son and daughter-in-law of Edmond; six grandchildren, Jason GRAHAM of Oklahoma City, Eli, Asa & Melody SLACK of Edmond, Adam and Hillary FOWLER of Edmond, and many nieces and nephews.
