Kathryn Nicole GERL

    Funeral services were held for Kathryn Nicole GERL of Sapulpa on April 9 at the Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel. Wake services were April 8 at the chapel. Interment followed at the Wewoka Methodist Church Cemetery in Yeager under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.

    She was born on Dec. 29, 2000 in Tulsa to John and Addie Sue HARJO GERL and died on April 4 in Tulsa at the age of three month and 5 days.

    She was preceded in death by her mother, Addie Sue GERL; her grandfather, Daniel HARJO; one aunt, Linda Lou POWELL and two uncles, Barney JOHNSON and Daniel HARJO Jr.

    She is survived by her father, John  GERL of the home; one sister, Ashley HARJO of the home; one brother, Christopher HARJO of the home; maternal grandmother, Irene CARPITCHER of Sasakwa; paternal grandfather, Carl W. GERL, Jr. of Woodriver, Il.; paternal grandmother, Estellene GERL, Woodriver, Il.; one uncle, Eastman JOHNSON of Ada; one aunt, Mary CULLEY of Holdenville; one great uncle and aunt, John and Nancy BUSTER of Okmulgee; three great aunts, Wilma SHUTZE of Alton, Il.; Clara WOLF of Alton, Il. and Doris and Virgil DULGEROFF of Dunedin, Fl. and numerous other relatives.
