Willie Mae KEESEE
Funeral services for Willie Mae KEESEE were held July 27 at Hudson-Phillips Chapel with Dr. Reed LYNN officiating.
She was born May 19, 1915 in Holdenville to Robert MCALLISTER and Mada Rea MCALLISTER and died Ju7ly 24 in Seminole at the age of 87.
She attended Bethel schools and had lived her entire life on the home place north of Holdenville where she was raised.
On Feb. 1, 1933, she married Kenneth Leon (K.L.) KEESEE in Holdenville and he preceded her in death on Aug. 3, 1981.
Mrs. KEESEE enjoyed working on her farm , caring for her cattle and large garden. He favorite pastime was spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include three daughters, Sue LYLES of Wetumka, Judy KEESEE of Holdenville and Paula THARP and her husband, Larry, of Gore; one son, Buddy KEESEE of Holdenville; six grandchildren, Lori and Steve PALLADINO and Cari and John CURTIS all of Wetumka, Julie and John COTHERMAN of Gore, Janet THARP of Dallas, Tx. Susan and Robert JACKSON of Plano, Tx. and Aubie and Jackie KEESEE of Kingfisher; eight great-grandchildren; an d several other relatives.
Pallbearers were Paul KEESEE Jr., Bob SHERRY, Steve PALLADINO, John CURTIS, John COTHERMAN and Robert JACKSON.
Interment was in the Holdenville Cemetery under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
