Thomas Beyrl LITTLE

    Funeral services for Thomas Beyrl LITTLE of Holdenville were held July 24 at Barnard Memorial United Methodist Church in Holdenville with Rev. Joe ROBINSON officiating.

    He was born Sept. 7, 1921 in Arkansas to Thomas Marshall LITTLE and Effie GARDNER LITTLE and died July 22 in Holdenville at the age of  81.

    On Oct. 11, 1940, he married Lucy HIGGINS in Reno, Nv. He later served six years in the U.S. Army during World War II. The family returned to Holdenville 10 years ago from Eufaula.

    Mr. LITTLE was a 32nd degree Mason in the Holdenville lodge and was a member of the Barnard Memorial United Methodist Church in Holdenville.

    Survivors include his wife, Lucy LITTLE of the home; sons, Ronnie LITTLE of Edmund and Kerry LITTLE of Lufkin, Tx.; a daughter, Suzan COLVIN of Chickasha; A brother, Lee LITTLE of Mesquite, Tx.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

    Pallbearers were Mark LITTLE, Paul LITTLE, Todd LITTLE, Eric LITTLE, Jason LITTLE and Gary COLVIN. Honorary pallbearers were Bobbie's Coffee Drinkers, Jim PHILLIPS, Gale PRYOR, J. D. WELCH, Adrian BAXTER, Wayne WILSON, Gary MAJORS, Bill LUMPKIN, John GILES, Buster PRICE, Bevo OLIVO, Bob ECKLES, Ray STEELE, Jim LEACH, Billie MOSS, Wayne STINSON, James WELCH and Louis WOODS.

    Interment was in Holdenville Cemetery under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home of Holdenville.
