  G. R. LOFTIS, 84. Dies Here Today

  Funeral Arrangements For Pioneer Resident Have Not Been Completed

  G. R. LOFTIS, 84, pioneer resident of Holdenville, died at 12:30 o’clock this afternoon at this home on East Fourth street.

LOFTIS had been in ill health for the past three months and his death was not unexpected.

Funeral arrangements had not been completed this afternoon.

He is survived by four sons, A. M. and W. B. of Holdenville, Bates of Olton, Tex.,  Jim of Texola, Okla. And three daughters, Mrs. Rufus GENTRY of Holdenville, Mrs. H. R. GENTRY and Mrs. H. M. DENNIS of Gainsboro, Tenn.

LOFTIS came to Oklahoma from Tennessee.
