CERTIFICATION
I, Harry H. Edwards, a Registered Professional Engineer and County Engineer of Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, do hereby Certifiy to the correctness of the Plat hereon as determinded from a survey made by me on March 7, 1949, for the purpose of establishing the Legal Description to what is known as the Burial Grounds for the Independent Order of Odd Fellows of Oklahoma, located in the southwest quarter of Section 35, T25N, R12W, in Alfalfa County.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A Tract of land, semi-circular in shape lying near the northwest corner of the southwest quarter of Section 35, T25N, R12W, in Alfalfa County and more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point 435.5 feet south and 40.0' feet east of the U.S. Corner Stone at the northwest corner of said section 35: There in a circular direction to the left and continuing in circle having a Radius of 96.89 feet with the center of said circle begin 532.4 feet south and 40.0 feet east of the above described U. S. Corner Stone. The south extremities of the Tract being 629.2 feet south of the point of beginning.
