and Cicero Neal. According to my cousin Jack Quentin Neal , Andrew was
was a Justice of the Peace.
Shortly after the birth of Andrew
Jackson (Jack) Neal, Jr., the family moved to Newcastle, Young County,
TX to start a blacksmith shop with Florence's father, Miles Cook. That
is where Hallie Jean Neal was born in 1911
