Ronnie W. Pierce, 39, of Panama died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2001, in Dallas. He was born April 23, 1962, in Poteau. He was an oil field worker and a lifelong resident of Panama.

Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Assembly of God in Panama with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Panama under the direction of Evans & Miller Funeral Home of Poteau.

He is survived by his wife, Sherri; two daughters, Cari Hokett of Arcadia, Okla., and Brianna Pierce of the home; a son, Dalton Pierce of the home; his parents, Pat and Robert "Roughneck" Pierce of Panama; a brother, Randy Pierce of Panama; and a sister, Sherry Pierce of Panama. Pallbearers will be Vonnie Miller, Jerry Lindsey, Rodney and Robert Pierce, Rick Hall and Shawn Dees...
