Walter N. Durant
Choctaw, Walter N. Durant, was born November 1, 1892 at Skullyville, Indian Territory. He passed away May 3, 1977.
He is survived by his wife, Cleo Durant, and four boys and four girls. Daughter Carolyn Stinson works for the Choctaw Tribe. Walter N. Durant served as vice-chairman of the LeFlore County Choctaw Council for a number of years.
