Our Neighbors

A county in central Oklahoma, identical to Oklahoma County, Oklahoma Territory. 
The name is a projection of the name of the principal community and city of the county, first known as Oklahoma Station, a stop on the Santa Fe Railway that later became Oklahoma City.

  • September 2009 added many obits and surname pages to the site and linked many Fairlawn Cemetery & Choctaw Cemetery stones to obits.  Started photographing Jones IOOF Cemetery this month

  • March 2009 added links to the cemeteries I worked so hard to gather information.

  • January 2009 several trips to Elmwood Cemetery this month -lots of photos

  • December 2008 - given up everything on the site being perfect... the webmaster isn't so I'm uploading

  • September  2008 I'm final feeling up to updating, reloading the site and hope to add much more information soon..

  • August 2008 THANK YOU everyone for all your prayers and kind words.

  • 2006 I'm still unable to think and focus enough to work the site.

  • On July 8, 2005, I suffered a stroke, on my left side. I an still recovering and want all to know how much I appreciate the many cards, prayers and e-mails received. They have surely been working!!
