The small town of Boulanger, OK, was started by my father, Isaac Walter Boulanger, in 1909 with the plot of land allotted him by the US Government when they divided Osage County to allotted tribal members.

The Boulanger Cemetery was moved from its original location when they built Hula Lake to the present location. The land was donated by my half sister, Lee Boulanger Hill.

Submitted by Ron Boulanger.
