This photograph is from an original cabinet card that was produced in the 1905 - 1915 period. The Beugler brothers had a studio and a blacksmith / repair shop at Iron Bridge near North McAlester in this period. Iron Bridge was North of the electric generating plant and trolley car main garage on Electric Avenue. The Beugler brothers, William Crockett, John Gannaway, and Herman Drover were some of the early day photographers who have afforded us some amazing glimpses of our heritage through their work. This image is a true treasure of our local history. Recorded on the back of the cabinet card in pencil is Frank Elliot listed as the driver of the wagon and one of the horses is named Dixie. Idenities of the remainder of the wagon occupants is unknown.
