Gggrandmother - Elizabeth Frances   Sabatha McNeal Jamison, b. 4/25/1844, MS, d. 6/5/1921, Dustin, OK, parents ? William joined the Southern army and served  during the Civil War-Texas Calvary-and was a Captain when  he retired from service. He took up the trade of wheelright,  having a shop on his place in OK. William bought a grant of  land from an Indian, built a home and raised his children there  later all this land was homesteaded it is located near McLoud.  He donated an acre of land for a cemetery on his place, later it  was enlarged and is still called the Jamison Cemetery.
