Grey County GenWeb Obituaries from the Past
- At Irish Lake on the 19th inst. 1892. Daniel O'Hearn, aged 65 years. Deceased was one of the pioneers of this district, was a kind hearted hospitable Irishman. Inflamation of the lungs baffled the best medical aid and after about three weeks illness death ended his sufferings. He remains were followed to their last resting place on Saturday by a very large funeral.

Comment:These are the obituaries of my great grandfather Daniel O'Hearn, who died on May 19, 1892, at Irish Lake, Glenelg twnshp., age 65, and also of his son, my grandfather John O'Hearn. Unfortunately, Daniel's does not say where he is buried. I am still trying to find out.
