Located on the Rideau River Road east of Kilmarnock and west of Merrickville, Montague Twp., across from Concession A, Lot 15.

JANE (WOODS)

Wife of George Barton, (buried Collar Hill cemetery) died July 20, 1885, aged 80 years.

"Dear is the spot where Christians sleep.

How sweet the strains their memory bore.

Oh, why should we in silence ______.

She is not dead, but gone before."

Mary Barton, wife of Roswell Everts, died Jan 19, 1872, aged 40 years.

"Cease ye mourners, cease to languish.

O'er the grave of those you love.

Pain and death and night and anguish.

Enter not the world above."

Erected by her mother.

James Barton, died August 2, 1872, aged 40 years.

"A loved one has gone from our circum.

On earth we will meet him no more.

He has gone to his home in Heaven.

Glad all his afflictions are gone."
