KAGESHEONGAI--In loving memory of a dear husband, Victor, who passed away May 3, 1998.
This month comes back with deep regret
It brings back a day I will never forget.
You went away without saying good-bye
But my memories of you will never die.
No one knows the grief I bear
When the family meets and your not there.
The tears I shed will wipe away
But the ache in my heart will always stay.
You left me so suddenly your thoughts unknown
But you left me with memories
I am proud to own.
--Sadly missed by your wife Marie.

KANE-In loving memory of our dear sister, Margaret Betty Kane, who passed away three years ago to-day, Nov. 1, 1945.
Tonight the stars are gleaming
On a lonely, silent grave.
Where sleeps in dreamless slumber
One we loved but could not save.
No one knows the silent heartaches,
Only those who have lost can tell
Of the grief that we bear in silence
For the one we loved so well.
-Sadly missed by brother, Duke, and sister-in-law, Elinore.

KAY--In memory of Kenny Kay, August 17, 1985 - March 25, 2006.
He is Gone
You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.
Your heart can be empty because you can't see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared.
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.
You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes.
We miss you, Aunt Diane, Uncle Steve and Stuart.

KAY--In loving memory of Kenneth Kay, August 17, 1985 - March 25, 2006.
Time has passed, but our sorrow remains.
There is a quiet about our house these days.
We would never have thought
We would miss your sounds so very much.
The sound of your burst of laughter,
The late night phone call for a ride home,
The excited stories of parties, friends and many adventures.
Oh, yes. We even miss the ear hurting volume
Of your music, guitars and your drumming.
The past year has passed without you here with us.
We remember you in so many ways, in the places we go, things we do.
Mostly, we miss you being here.
Your joy, laughter, happiness
And even your sad times and bad times
Will always be timeless
As will our heartbreak and pain of losing you.
You were loved and always will be loved, Mom and Dad.
Manitoulin Expositor, March 21, 2007

KAY—In loving memory of Kenneth.
A million times we needed you,
A million times we cried,
If love alone would have save you,
You would have never died.
In life we loved you dearly,
In death we love you still,
In our hearts you hold a place,
No one can ever fill.
A light from our household is gone,
A voice from our love is stilled,
A place in our vacant home,
Which never can be filled.
Some may think you are forgotten
Though on earth you are no more,
But in our memory you are with us,
As you always were before.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone,
A part of us went with you,
The day God called you home.
Your precious memories are for keepsakes,
With which we never part,
God has you safely in his keeping,
But we have you forever in our hearts.
Lovingly remembered by Mom and Dad.

KAY--Kenneth, remembering you on March 25th.
If Tomorrow Never Comes
If I knew it would be the last time that I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly and pray the Lord, your soul to keep.
If I knew it would be the last time that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss and call you back for one more.
If I knew it would be the last time I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,
I would videotape each action and word, so I could play them back day after day.
If I knew it would be the last time, I could spare an extra minute or two
to stop and say "I love you," instead of assuming, you would know I do.
If I knew it would be the last time I would be there to share your day,
We'll I'm sure you'll have so many more, so I can let just this one slip away.
For surely there's always tomorrow to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance to make everything right.
There will always be another day to say our "I love you's,"
And certainly there's another chance to say our "Anything I can do's?"
But just in case I might be wrong, and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I love you and I hope we never forget,
Tomorrow is not promised to anyone, young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance you get to hold your loved one tight.
So if you're waiting for tomorrow, why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes, you'll surely regret the day,
That you didn't take that extra time for a smile, a hug, or a kiss
and you were too busy to grant someone, what turned out to be their one last wish.
So hold your loved ones close today, whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love them and that you'll always hold them dear.
Sadly missed by Mom and Dad.

KEMP-In loving memory of a dear husband, father and grandfather William H. Kemp who passed away October 27, 1972
This month comes with sad regret,
It brings back a day we’ll never forget.
You fell asleep without goodbye
But memories of you will never die.
We miss you more than anyone knows,
As each day passes emptiness grows.
The tears we shed will wipe away,
But the ache in our hearts will always stay.
You left so suddenly, your thoughts unknown,
But left us with memories we’re proud to own.
Lovingly remembered by wife Reta, daughter Gail, son-in-law Morrison and grand-daughter Maureen.

KEYS, DWAINE ALVIN--In loving memory of our dear son, father and brother who passed away November 6, 2002.
In a quiet country cemetery
Where gentle breezes blow
Lies the one we love so dearly,
Whom we lost two years ago.
Your resting place we visit,
Place flowers there with care,
But no one knows the heartache,
When we turn to leave you there.
Of all that life has given us,
And all that is left to do,
We will never know a greater gift,
Than the years we shared with you.
Lovingly remembered by Mom, Ernest, Jennifer, Christopher and Kayden, Kelly, John, Matthew; Kirstin and Kaitlin.
