RECOLLET--In loving memory of Andrew "Banjo" Recollet, April 3, 1969.
The blow was great, the shock severe,
We little thought the end was near,
And only those who have lost can tell
The pain of parting without farewell;
More each day we miss you, brother,
Friends may think the wound is healed,
But they little know the sorrow
That lies within our hearts concealed.
Lovingly remembered by sister Helen Bolduc and family.

RECOLLET--In loving memory of a dear son, brother and uncle, Bill, who passed away June 18, 1999.
God saw you were getting tired
When a cure was not to be.
So He closed His arms around you
And whispered, "Come to Me."
Your golden heart stopped beating,
Your gentle hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
He only takes the best.
In tears, we saw you sinking,
We watched you fade away.
Our hearts were almost broken,
You fought so hard to stay.
What you suffered, you told few
You didn't deserve what you went through.
Tired and helpless, you made no fuss,
And tried so hard to stay with us.
But when we saw you sleeping,
So peaceful, free from pain,
We could not wish you back to suffered again.
--Lovingly remembered by Mom and family.

RECOLLET--In loving memory of a dear mother, Mary Recollet; October 13, 2007.
You are always in my thoughts and prayers.
Always willing to help others,
When herself should be at rest,
She was the kindest of Mothers
Now amongst Heavenly blessed.
Lovingly remembered by Georgina.

RECOLLET--A year has passed but we have not forgotten you, Mary.
Your "other family" continues to relate how you affected our lives.
We are so grateful to you for sharing how it works and by reaching out your hand to help us.

RECOLLET—Missing since August 18, 1991. In memory of Michael (Mugger) Recollet.
This month comes back with deep regret
It brings back a day we will never forget.
He went away without saying good-bye
But our memories of hil (sic) will never die.
No one knows the grief we bear
When the family meets and he’s not there.
The tears we shed will wipe away
But the ache in our hearts will always stay.
He left us so suddenly his thoughts unknown
But he left us with memories
We are proud to own.
--Sadly missed by sister Helen, George Bolduc

RECOLLET, MICHAEL-In loving memory of Michael "Mugger," "Mugzy" Recollet.
It's been so long now
Since you left.
Where did you go?
I've been waiting
But you never came
You are my son,
I love you
And that will never change.
Mary Recollet.

RECOLLET--Dear Mom: Just a note to say hello, how are you doing and to say I love you.
What I would give if I could say hello,
Hi, and to hear you answer, or who is out there, Mom
In the same old way.
To hear your voice
To see you smile
To sit with you and chat
While we're quilting, playing cards and paying your bills.
Or out just for a ride, to see what's happening, or shopping.
To hear you talk of the day you had
And who called, and I about my day.
So you who have mothers, cherish her with care.
For you'll never know the heartache
Till you see her vacant chair.
Happy Mother's Day, Mom.
Love you, Helen.
P.S. We do not get over grief, but over time we do learn to live with the loss. We learn to live a different life with our loss.
Manitoulin Expositor, May 14, 2008
RENAUD, JOYCE--In loving memory of Joyce Renaud, Oct. 24, 2003.
There will always be a heartache
And many a silent tear
But always the precious memories
Of the days when you were here
We hold you close within our hearts
And there you will remain
To walk with us throughout our lives
Until we meet again.
Lovingly remembered by her family.
