-In memory of Mary Alvena Lewis Otowadjiwan, May 5, 1999 and John Takwadjiwan, January 16, 2003.
We cannot control the movement
Of time, nor can we control our
Own destiny or the destinies
Of those we love.
But we can take comfort in
Knowing that those who have
Lived in our hearts are
Never really gone.
For as long as we keep
Them with us in our hearts
And our thoughts,
They will be with us always.
For love which is timeless,
Never ceases to exist.
Within our many memories
Our parents hold a place apart.
For no one else will ever be
More cherished in our hearts.
We know one day we'll meet again,
Where troubles are no more.
And that our parents
We loved so well
Have just gone on before.
Forever loved and forever missed, Mabel and family, Nancy and family, Pam and family, Frieda and Family, Diannia and Tate.
Manitoulin Expositor, May 9, 2007

TAYLOR--In memory of our mom, Darlene, who passed away a year ago.
Mothers are the place that we call home.
On them we rest our heads and close our eyes,
There's no one else who grants the same soft peace,
Happiness, contentment, sweet release,
In our hearts, we shall always carry those precious memories,
For your life meant the world to us and you taught us so much
About family and friends.
You taught us to live, enjoy, cherish, laugh, dream and above all
To remember OUR time together.
In loving memory. Clarence, Brenda, Tyler and Megan, Dan, Julie, Geoffrey and Samantha, Linda and Shawn.

TAYLOR--In loving memory of Darlene Taylor.
In a quiet little graveyard where the gentle breeze blows,
You were the one I loved and lost just a year ago.
Your resting place I visit and place flowers there with care,
No one knows the heartache as I turn and leave you there.
My thoughts are always with you. Your place no one can fill.
In life I loved you dearly and in death I love you still.
A thousand words can't bring you back, neither can my tears.
I know this so very will, I've tried it for a year.
You left behind my broken heart and happy memories too
But I never wanted memories, I only wanted you.
Lovingly remembered by Lloyd.

Sad are the hearts of her children,
Yet brave as she’d want us to be.
Consoled by the thoughts of meeting
On the shores of eternity.

TAYLOR--In loving memory of Evelyn Taylor.
When evening skies are darkening,
And we sit in quiet alone,
To our thoughts there comes a longing,
If she could only come home.
We cannot hear her laughter,
And her hands we cannot touch,
So we hold onto the memories,
Of the one we miss so much.
Our hearts still ache with sadness,
And a million tears still flow,
How we long to give her a hug,
And tell her we love her so.
There will always be that emptiness,
That nothing in life can mend,
She was a wife, a mom and a gramma,
We all lost our best friend.
Sadly missed by Ted, Kathy and family,
Bob and family, and Brad and family.

TAYLOR-In remembrance of a wonderful husband who passed away May 20, 1978.
It was not the tears that were shed at the time
That tells how my heart was broken
It's the lonesome tears in this past year
When ever your name is spoken
Loved with a grief beyond all telling
Missed with a love beyond all tears
God took you home it was his will
But God knows that I love you still
Your memory is as dear today
As in the hour you went away
I often sit and think of you
When I am all alone
For memory is the only friend
That grief can call its own
Yet I know the day will come
Some day we'll meet again
When you shall hold open the door
So I can enter in.
Sadly missed and always loved by your wife Irene.

TAYLOR
In remembrance of a dear father Lindsay Taylor who passed away May 20, 1978.
To the best Dad God ever made
We'd like to think when life is done
Wherever heaven may be
That you'll be standing at the door
Up there to welcome us
We mourn for you in silence
Few eyes can see us weep
But many a silent tears are shed
While others are asleep.
This month comes back with deep regret.
And heartaches we will not forget
In our heart your memory stays
Always tender sound and true
For there is not a day dear dad
We do not think of you
Remembered always lovingly your children Raymond, Sandra, Stephanie & Darren.

TAYLOR-In loving memory of Lindsay Owen Taylor who left us so suddenly May 20th, 1978.
The gates of Heaven opened
One year ago today,
With goodbyes left unspoken
You gently slipped away
You couldn't say goodbye to us.
Perhaps its just as well
We never could say goodbye
To the one we loved so well
I guess God needed an angel
To sit upon His throne
He looked and saw
Our dear Lyn
and so he called you home
Dear God, put your arms around him
And keep him in your care
Make up for all he suffered
and all that was so unfair

TAYLOR-In loving memory of a special son Lindsay who passed away so suddenly May 20th, 1978.
I see a face before me
Of one I loved so dear
The way he was taken from us
Was never really clear
To me he was someone special
someone set apart
Your memory will live forever
Engraved within my heart
You bade no one a last farewell
Nor even said good-bye
You were gone before I knew it
And only God knows why
Sadly missed, always in my thoughts your father Bill.

IN MEMORY--In fond and loving memory of mother and dad, Robert and Nina (Pipher) Eadie, my grandson Brent Collins, January 20 1989, Jane Durdle, August 12, 1989, John Eadie, April 23, 1990, William L. TAYLOR, April 28, 2004.
They are not gone, these loved ones whom we mourn.
We must not think of them as far away.
Into a fuller life have they been born.
Laying aside the vesture of this day
These sweet souls around us watch us still
When troubles come, press closer to our side.
Into our thoughts and into our prayers each day
On wings of love with gentle helping guide
Yet near us still they watch and love and know.
We are the blind ones who no longer see
Be loved forms that softly come and go
Waiting reunion in eternity.
--Forever loved and never forgotten, Doreen Witty.
