What you will find here is a numerical list of the EXACT wording and lettering from each stone in the cemetery. In many instances, mistakes were made in the cutting of the stone. These mistakes were recorded as all information must be recorded AS IS on the stone. In most cases, obvious mistakes were followed by (?). ie: 1867-1823 (?)
All footstones were recorded as stones may not necessarily be up to date. See example below to read as seen on stone.

fs footstone - small stone showing parenthood, or names and dates
ie: FATHER ie JOHN/1879-1923
cs cornerstone - small square marker with initials of last names or last names
ie. McM ie McMillan
/ indicates beginning of a new line on stone
Most of this information was compiled by the Manitoulin Cemetery Recording Youth Group sponsored by the OFY. It was recorded in the summer of 1974. Great care has been taken to ensure that all information is Accurate and Exact (as humanly possible)Other listings have been submitted by subscribers and are noted.
